The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the service or the use or other dealings in the service.:

DISCLAIMER

1. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content according to the general laws, however, we as service providers are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances which indicate an illicit activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with the general laws remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect is, however, only incurred from the moment that knowledge of the specific breach of law is obtained. If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove these contents immediately.
2. Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we can not assume any liability for these third-party contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Availability and reservations

VATSIM.EU.ORG aims to ensure the constant availability of the subdomain service. A right on constant availability does not exist. All services in connection with this free service will be provided on a voluntary basis. The user acquires no ownership or other rights to single services, the registered subdomains and the whole service.
If the user violates the terms, VATSIM.EU.ORG is entitled to exclude the user from the service without notice subjected to damages and other claims. VATSIM.EU.ORG is entitled to terminate or modify the service at any time without notice and without explanation. In that case the user of VATSIM.EU.ORG will be informed timely, at least 7 days in advance by VATSIM.EU.ORG. The relevant information about the impending use and deletion is shown simultaneously to the concerned users.

Termination

1. Both sides can terminate at any time without stating any reasons.
2. The user cancels the service by removing the virtual host configuration in their web server or CNAME file in their GitHub Pages repository.
3. VATSIM.EU.ORG may also terminate the provision of a certain or all subdomains. Concerned users will be notified at least 7 days in advance by email.

Prohibited Content

- Unsecured websites with no or invalid HTTPS SSL encryption configuration
- Piracy
- Copyright infringement
- Phishing, scam, malware, or virus of any kind
- Obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or scandalous content of any kind
- Illegal content contrary to national or international laws

A violation of these rules will result in immediate deletion of the VATSIM.EU.ORG subdomain.

Manipulation

It is prohibited to auto retrieve masses of VATSIM.EU.ORG subdomains.

Responsibility

VATSIM.EU.ORG is not responsible for the names of subdomains or the content of external websites that are registered as link destinations of subdomains, or otherwise linked to this service.

Change of Terms

VATSIM.EU.ORG reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service.

This project has no relation with the European Union despite the domain name, and is in no way affiliated with VATSIM. This is entirely voluntary and use at your own risk.
In addition, we invite you to sign the petition at savedotorg.org against the sale of the .ORG registry (TLD) to a private fund.
